Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Beef Loving Texans will accept returns of new, unused items, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To receive a replacement item, you must mail back your unwanted item for a refund, and then initiate a new purchase. Refunds will be issued to the payment method used to purchase within 2 weeks.
If you need to return an item, please visit our Returns Portal. You will need your order number to process the return and print a USPS shipping label. You can find your order number in your order confirmation email, or by logging into your store account. Please Contact Us if you have any questions.
Please note: when trying to return an item you purchased multiples of in different sizes, the return label screen does not allow you to choose a specific size to return. Simply chose one of the identical items and mail us your unwanted size. We will update the returned size in our system once it is received.
